In mijn praktijk staat kinesiologie centraal. Met behulp van spiertesten onderzoek ik waar stress, blokkades of onbalans zit in het lichaam. Die stress kan het leren, bewegen of functioneren in het dagelijks leven flink in de weg zitten. Dat kan gaan om fysieke klachten, leerproblemen, onverwerkte emoties, allergieën, vermoeidheid of een gebrek aan energie.
Kinesiologie helpt om het zelfherstellend vermogen van het lichaam te activeren. Tijdens de behandeling krijg je inzichten waarmee je zelf aan de slag kunt - op weg naar ontspanning, groei, balans en een leven vol energie.

Om de balans nog meer te verankeren in je lijf, zet ik aanvullend Brain Gym®- en Bal-A-Vis-X-oefeningen in. Deze versterken de samenwerking tussen lichaam en brein en ondersteunen coördinatie, concentratie en leervermogen.
